OUTLINE AND DISCUSSION OF CHANGES IN THE CRIMINAL CODE EMBODIED IN THE SECOND CRIMINAL LAW REFORM BILL AND THE CODE PREAMBLE BILL WHICH BECAME LAW ON JANUARY 1, 1975 AND CONSTITUTE MAJOR CODE REFORMS.
Abstract
INCLUDED IN THE REFORMS ARE REWRITTEN DEFINITIONS OF ROBBERY, THEFT, COMPLICITY, AND DEALING IN STOLEN GOODS. ALSO REWRITTEN WERE CODE PROVISIONS REGARDING CRIMES BY OFFICIALS AND SANCTIONS AGAINST THE VIOLATION OF CITIZENS' RIGHTS TO PRIVACY.
