Abstract
THE REPORT STRESSES THE DIVISION'S COMMITMENT TO DISCIPLINED TREATMENT OF DELINQUENTS WHILE INCARCERATED, FOLLOWED BY FREQUENT AND INTENSIVE POST-RELEASE SUPERVISION. OTHER HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE AN EFFORT TO SURFACE PROBLEMS IN ORDER TO INCREASE EFFECTIVENESS, GREATER COMMUNICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY BETWEEN JUVENILE JUSTICE AGENCIES, FLORIDA LEADERSHIP IN INVOLVING FAMILIES IN GROUP COUNSELING, AND THE DIVISION'S SUCCESS IN COMBATTING RECIDIVISM.
