A STUDY EXPLORING PRESENT PAROLE PLANNING PRACTICES IN MINNESOTA.
Abstract
THE STUDY EXPLORED THE DIFFERENCES IN PAROLE PERFORMANCE BETWEEN PAROLEES WHO HAD PRE-RELEASE EMPLOYMENT ARRANGED, LIVING SITUATIONS PREPARED, AND WHO RECEIVED POST RELEASE ORIENTATION SESSIONS, AND THOSE PAROLEES WHO DID NOT RECEIVE THESE SERVICES. THE FINDINGS DID NOT SHOW SIGNIFICANT RELATIONSHIPS OF THE THREE VARIABLES UNDER CONSIDERATION TO PAROLE PERFORMANCE. STATISTICAL DATA INCLUDED.
