Abstract
EACH OF THE SIX ARTICLES OF THE UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT IS DESCRIBED IN NARRATIVE FORM AND THE RELATIONSHIPS TO EXISTING FEDERAL LAW ARE NOTED. THE ARTICLES CONCERN DEFINITIONS, DESIGNATIONS OF THE DRUGS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES TO BE CONTROLLED, REGULATION AND CONTROL OF MANUFACTURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, OFFENSES AND PENALTIES, ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS, AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS SUCH AS FUNDING AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
