Abstract
INCLUDED ARE EXCERPTS OF JURY SELECTION PROCEDURES, THE VOIR DIRE EXAMINATION, THE PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE AND, FINALLY, THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE JURY. A JUDGE PROVIDES ADDED INSIGHT INTO THE PRINCIPLES OF JURY SELECTION AND THE IMPORTANT MATTER OF INSTRUCTING THE JURY BEFORE DELIBERATIONS BEGIN. A PRIMARY EMPHASIS IN THIS VIDEOTAPE IS THE ACTIVITY OF THE COURTROOM CLERK DURING THE TRIAL, STRESSING IN PARTICULAR JURY PROCEDURES AND MARKING OF EXHIBITS. ALSO SHOWN ARE POST-COURT PROCEDURES WHICH TAKE PLACE IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE AFTER TRIAL.
