AMONG THE FINDINGS WERE THE FOLLOWING - 58 PERCENT OF ALL RESPONDENTS HAD AT SOME TIME TRIED OUT OR USED DRUGS, 36 PERCENT MORE THAN 100 TIMES, 46 PERCENT MORE THAN 10 TIMES. DRUG MISUSE (USE OF DRUGS WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION) WAS MAINLY FOUND AMONG THOSE UNDER 30 AND SUCCESSIVELY DIMINISHED AS AGE INCREASED. A HISTORY OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND PERSONAL PROBLEMS WAS MORE FREQUENT AMONG DRUG USERS THAN AMONG NONUSERS.
