QUANTITATIVE MODEL USED TO ILLUSTRATE THE USE OF SYSTEMS ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES TO DEVELOP MODIFICATIONS FOR TRAFFIC LAW SYSTEM.
Abstract
THIS IS THE THIRD REFERENCE VOLUME OF A SERIES OF THREE WHICH PRESENT THE BACKGROUND MATERIALS DEVELOPED IN A SYSTEMS ANALYSIS STUDY OF THE TRAFFIC LAW SYSTEM IN THE UNITED STATES. IN THIS VOLUME, A QUANTITATIVE MODEL IS FORMULATED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN IMMEDIATE TOOL FOR OBJECTIVELY ANALYZING AND DESIGNING TRAFFIC LAW SYSTEMS. IT WAS INTENDED THAT THE QUANTITATIVE MODEL DEPICT THE SKELETON OF THE UNDERLYING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE VARIOUS PARTS OF THE TRAFFIC LAW SYSTEM IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEIR WORKINGS COULD BE OBSERVED, MEASURED, AND ALTERED.
