Abstract
THE REPORT RELATED THE STEPS TAKEN BY THE SPECIALLY-HIRED MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST IN PROVIDING THE REQUIRED ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDES THE PERTINENT SUPPORTING DATA AND EXHIBITS AS WELL AS THE NEWLY DEVELOPED FORMS AND PROCEDURES FOR DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING. THE REPORT ALSO DISCUSSES HOW A MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES APPROACH WAS UTILIZED IN EFFECTING THE DEVELOPMENTAL CHANGES AND THE STRATEGIC POLICIES WHICH WERE ADOPTED IN ORDER TO ACCEPTABLY BRING ABOUT CHANGE IN AN ORGANIZATION AND PROFESSION WHICH TRADITIONALLY HOLDS ON TO OLD AND FAMILIAR SYSTEMS AND CONCEPTS.
