THESE FACTORS ARE: AGE OF THE ACCUSED; SEX OF THE ACCUSED; EDUCATION OF THE ACCUSED; PRIOR POLICE EXPERIENCE OF THE ACCUSED: DELAY IN BRINGING THE ACCUSED BEFORE A JUDGE OR MAGISTRATE; LACK OF PHYSICAL COERCION: LACK OF PSYCHOLOGICAL OR MENTAL COERCION; LEGALITY OF THE ARREST; AND THE MIRANDA WARNINGS.
