Abstract
THE MAIN HEADINGS ON THE QUESTIONNAIRE WAS: ORGANISATION OF ASSISTANCE, FIELDS IN WHICH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE AND THE FORM IT TAKES, BASIC PRINCIPLES FOR GRANTING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE. REPLIES WERE RECEIVED FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: WEST GERMANY, ARGENTINA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CANADA, DENMARK, SPAIN, UNITED STATES, FRANCE, INDIA, IRAN, ISRAEL, ITALY, JAPAN, NEW ZEALAND, PERU, UNITED ARAB REPUBLIC, UNITED KINGDOM, SINGAPORE, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, THAILAND, AND VENEZUELA.
