Abstract
INVESTIGATIVE PROCEDURES ARE DESCRIBED INCLUDING COLLECTION OF EVIDENCE, PREPARATION OF REPORTS, USE OF SEARCH WARRANTS, AND CONDUCTING FOLLOW-UP INVESTIGATIONS. OTHER TECHNIQUES COVERED ARE THE INFORMATION GATHERING PROCESS, CONFIDENTIAL AND PRIVATE SOURCES OF INFORMATION, INTERVIEWING WITNESSES, INTERROGATION OF SUSPECTS, AND SURVEILLANCE.
