Abstract
THE SEVEN-PHASE TEST PROGRAM MEASURES SLOW AND HIGH SPEED PERFORMANCE AND HANDLING, INSTRUMENTED PERFORMANCE, FUEL ECONOMY, ERGONOMICS OR HUMAN FACTORS ENGINEERING, HEAT LEVELS, VEHICLE SERVICEABILITY AND REQUIRED MAINTENANCE, AND COMMUNICATIONS.
