Abstract
The 1988 annual report for the UCR Program in Texas covers crime factors, the history of UCR, and the State UCR Program. Statistical data are provided for crime index offenses, murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny and theft, motor vehicle theft, arson, and drug arrests and seizures. Data are also presented for arrests, law enforcement officers killed or assaulted, and the number of law enforcement employees in the State. An appendix contains a glossary of terms. Tables and figures.
