Abstract
THE CONFERENCE BEGAN BY EXAMINING THE HISTORY OF ALIEN FLOW ACRESS THE TEXAS-MEXICO BORDER. ATTENTION WAS THEN GIVEN TO ECONOMIC CONDITIONS IN MEXICO, TRAFFIC PROBLEMS OF ALIEN FLOW ACROSS THE TEXAS-MEXICO BORDER, AND THE APPREHENDED JUVENILE ALIEN. OTHER TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE A SUMMARY OF PRESENT CASE DISPOSITIONS, LEGAL QUESTIONS AND ISSUES, AND COMMENTS ON POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
