Abstract
The report presents information and statistics on the court activity of the 2,573 State, county, justice of the peace, and municipal courts in Texas. It is intended to inform the general public and the legislative and executive branches of State government of the accomplishments of the judicial branch during the period of September 1, 1993, through August 31, 1994. There is a summary of reported activity for the Texas Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeals, courts of appeals, district courts, and county-level courts for each year from 1985 through 1994. The judicial branch directory encompasses judges and clerks and includes their names, tiles, the date of term expiration, and office telephone number.
