Abstract
CONSIDERATIONS TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN DETERMINING WHEN AND HOW MUCH MONEY SHOULD BE PAID TO A VICTIM ARE DISCUSSED. SUCH CONSIDERATIONS INCLUDE THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE INJURY DONE TO THE VICTIM AND THE ABILITY, OR INABILITY, OF THE OFFENDER TO MAKE RESTITUTION HIMSELF. --IN DUTCH
