Abstract
PROGRAM SET UP GROUP COUNSELING SESSIONS AT WHICH SPECIFIC BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS OCCURRING IN PRISONS WERE DISCUSSED. THE BEHAVIOR OF THE PROGRAM GROUP IMPROVED MORE THAN THAT OF THE CONTROL GROUP IN A YEAR'S TIME. MEN WITH PROBLEM BEHAVIOR BASED ON HABIT OR CULTURAL INFLUENCES WOULD PROBABLY RESPOND FAVORABLY TO THIS TYPE OF PROGRAM ACCORDING TO RESEARCHERS.
