Abstract
A COMPUTER EVALUATION OF DATA ON 48 OFFENDERS SELECTED AT RANDOM SHOWED THAT ALL HAD A SIGNIFICANT TENDENCY TO COMMIT THEIR CRIMES IN THE FIRST HALF AND NEAR THE MID-POINTS OF THEIR 23-DAY CYCLES.
