This report provides statistical information on the return rate of two groups of offenders who entered the Transitional Sex Offender Program (TSOP).
Abstract
The groups were divided by those who completed both the inpatient and outpatient phases and those who did not participate in the outpatient phase. Sentence expiration may explain why some offenders were unable to participate in the outpatient phase. Those offenders who were released from the outpatient phase are excluded from the data. 14 tables
