The topics addressed in the seminar are those covered in the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). Other UNCAC topics considered in the seminar were trading in influence, the abuse of function, illicit enrichment, bribery in the private sector, and the embezzlement of property in the private sector. The seminar also considered acts committed in support of corruption, namely, the laundering of the proceeds of crime, the obstruction of justice, and concealment.
