Abstract
THIS IS THE SEVENTH SUCH REVIEW PUBLISHED BY THE GEORGETOWN LAW JOURNAL. THE ORGANIZATION OF THE REVIEW FOLLOWS THE CHRONOLOGICAL PROGRESSION OF THE CRIMINAL PROCESS, WITH FINAL SECTIONS DEVOTED TO CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGES AND SUBSTANTIVE DEFENSES. A TABLE OF CONTENTS, A CASE INDEX, REFERENCES TO SECONDARY SOURCES, AND A STATISTICAL SURVEY OF ISSUES DECIDED IN EACH FEDERAL CIRCUIT ARE PROVIDED.
