Abstract
THE ORGANIZATION OF THE FEDERAL JUDICIARY IS OUTLINED AND THE JURISDICTION AND LIMITATIONS OF EACH OF THE UNITED STATES COURTS IS EXPLAINED. THE KINDS OF CASES THE COURTS ARE AUTHORIZED TO HEAR ARE NOTED AND BRIEFLY ANALYZED ARE THE TYPES OF SUITS FILED WITH THE DISTRICT COURTS EVERY YEAR.
