Abstract
CASE LAW ILLUSTRATING SUCCESSFUL CIVIL PROSECUTIONS OF PERSONS INVOLVED IN ORGANIZED CRIME ACTIVITIES IS PRESENTED. CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGES TO CIVIL REMEDIES ARE REVIEWED AND THE ENACTMENT OF SPECIAL LEGISLATION TO SUPPLEMENT THEM ARE DISCUSSED.
