Abstract
TESTIMONY AT THE OCTOBER 1978 HEARING WAS ACCOMPANIED BY PREPARED STATEMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION. PERSONS WHO APPEARED AT THE HEARING INCLUDED A STAFF INVESTIGATOR OF THE HOUSE SELECT COMMITTEE ON NARCOTICS ABUSE AND CONTROL, A REGIONAL COMMISSIONER OF THE U.S. CUSTOMS SERVICE, A FORMER PRESIDENT AND THE CURRENT PRESIDENT OF THE JOHN F. KENNEDY (JFK) AIRPORT CUSTOMS BROKERS ASSOCIATION IN NEW YORK, REPRESENTATIVES OF PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS AND THE AIRPORT SECURITY COUNCIL, AND A SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT OF BRITISH AIRWAYS.
