Abstract
A SURVEY WAS MADE OF OHIO JUDGES, PROBATION AND PAROLE OFFICERS, AND HALFWAY HOUSE STAFF AND DIRECTORS TO IDENTIFY THEIR PERCEPTIONS OF HALFWAY HOUSE OBJECTIVES. SURVEY DATA WERE USED IN DEVELOPING AN OBJECTIVES HIERARCHY OF HALFWAY HOUSE PROGRAM OBJECTIVES.
