TECHNICAL SUGGESTIONS ON THE USE OF POLYCONTRAST PAPER IN MAKING ENLARGEMENTS AND CONTACT PRINTS.
Abstract
POLYCONTRAST PAPER IS PRIMARILY AN ENLARGING PAPER, BUT UNDER SOME CIRCUMSTANCES IT CAN BE USED TO MAKE CONTACT PRINTS. IT IS A SPECIALLY SENSITIZED PAPER WHICH CAN BE USED FOR ALL NEGATIVE CONTRASTS SIMPLY BY VARYING THE FILTER USED ON THE ENLARGER LENS. TWO METHODS OF MAKING CONTRACT PRINTS USING POLYCONTRAST PAPER ARE DESCRIBED, AND THE ADVANTAGES OF ITS USE IN MAKING ENLARGEMENTS ARE DISCUSSED.
