FOUR REPRESENTATIVES OF INSTITUTIONS THAT DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM OF CRIMINAL VIOLENCE - PRESENT DIFFERING PERSPECTIVES CHIEF JUSTICE EARL WARREN FOR THE COURTS, REP. GERALD FORD FOR THE CONGRESS, HERBERT KLEIN FOR THE PRESIDENCY, AND QUINN TAMM FOR THE POLICE.
