THE AUTHOR CONCLUDES THAT VOICEPRINTS ARE NOT FEASIBLE AS MEANS OF UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION, BUT RATHER ARE USEFUL AS A 'LIMITED METHOD OF ELIMINATION'.
