Abstract
THE INVENTORY IS AN ANNOTATED LIST OF RELEVANT STATE AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INCLUDES NAMES AND ADDRESSES, PROGRAM DIRECTORS OR MANAGERS, GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS SERVED, AND CLIENT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. BEGINNING THE LIST ARE STATE AGENCY PROGRAMS THAT EITHER PROVIDE DIRECT EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES TO OFFENDERS OR PLAN AND DEVELOP SUCH PROGRAMS. NEXT COME COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS, LOCAL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE, PROFIT AND NONPROFIT. THESE ARE LISTED ALPHABETICALLY BY COUNTY. THE PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS ARE DIVIDED INTO THREE CATEGORIES; CETA (COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACT) PROGRAMS, STATE AGENCY PROGRAMS, AND COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS.
