Abstract
The report discusses the administration and organization of the police, including recruitment, promotions, and complaints against police officers. Training for police is covered, such as courses offered for instructors and police cadets, refresher courses, specialized courses, communications training, driving school, and community relations courses. Also presented are the number of recorded crimes, classification of offenses, value of stolen property, and other data. In addition, tables show data on traffic offenses, juvenile offenders, and missing persons. Separate chapters are devoted to the communications department, police welfare activities and police sports and recreation, licensing, and preventive policing.
