Abstract

THEY INCLUDE THE FACTORS RELEVANT TO DECISION MAKING IF THERE HAS BEEN ANOTHER ARREST, A FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT ON FINES OR RESTITUTION, OR FAILURE TO SUBMIT A REQUIRED MONTHLY REPORT.
