Abstract
Individual sections focus on the scope and applicability of the State's law regarding the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of individual criminal history records; procedures to ensure that information is current; disposition and arrest data; access to and dissemination of criminal history information; and the maintenance of a central repository of information. Further sections focus on fees charged to noncriminal justice agencies qualified to receive criminal history record information; the inspection, modification, or deletion of information; provisions relating to pharmacists, persons with real estate licenses, and insurance agents; and access to other types of public records
