Abstract
This report provides an overview of all grant-related activities over the entire 3-year cycle and presents Wyoming's baseline measures and final outcomes, cross-site evaluation data, and tracking of strategic outcomes for each of the pilot communities. The contents of this report provide both State and community findings. It consists of seven sections. Section 1 contains an introduction that provides an overview of the project and its history. Section 2 provides an overview of the methodology used to evaluate both the State and community initiatives. More detailed descriptions of methods are shared in each section where the data are presented. Section 3 shares State-wide strategic outcomes, total prevention contacts made, and findings from the pilot communities. Section 4 reviews other efforts made by WYSAC to lay the groundwork for continued suicide prevention and accurate measurement of future initiatives. Section 5 includes recommendations. Sections 6 and 7 contain references and appendixes, respectively. Tables and figures
