COMPARATIVE STATISTICS ON THE SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF YOUNG ADULT OFFENDERS SERVING THEIR FIRST SENTENCE WITH THOSE WITH PREVIOUS SENTENCES IN A CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION IN GREAT BRITAIN.
