Abstract
The age group 10 to 21, which constitutes 21.3 percent of the total county population, accounted for 55.8 percent of the persons arrested for Part I crimes in 1981 and 57.8 percent in 1980. Data tables presents information on Part I offenses, demographic characteristics of all yothful offenders arrested in 1981, youth arrests by community, and changes in population/age distribution. The tables comprise most of the report.
