Abstract
A STUDY BY THIRTY MEMBERS OF THE STATE COUNCIL ON JUVENILE DELINQUENCY PLANNING IN THE AREAS OF PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY OFFERING NEW ALTERNATIVES TO TRADITIONAL APPROACHES TO THE PROBLEM.
