ILLUSTRATES THE PROPOSITION THAT THIS DEPARTMENT'S CONCERN FOR HIGH CALIBER POLICE PERFORMANCE HAS MANDATED THE STRUCTURING OF PERHAPS THE MOST SOPHISTICATED, SYSTEM IN THE COUNTRY.
Abstract
THE THREE AVENUES BY WHICH AN INDIVIDUAL CHARGED WITH ALLEGED MISCONDUCT CAN HAVE HIS CASE ADJUDICATED ARE DESCRIBED.
