THESE TOPICS ARE NATURE AND KINDS OF EVIDENCE; BURDEN OF PROOF AND EFFECT OF EVIDENCE; ADMISSION AND EXCLUSION OF EVIDENCE; RELEVANCY; WITNESSES; SEARCH AND SEIZURES; DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE; JUDICIAL NOTICE; AND THE HEARSAY RULE AND ITS EXCEPTIONS. EACH CHAPTER ALSO CONTAINS DISCUSSION QUESTIONS IN ADDITION TO THE CASES EMPHASIZING CONCEPTS EXPLAINED IN THE CHAPTER. A GLOSSARY OF LEGAL TERMS IS PROVIDED. THE AUTHOR RECOMMENDS THAT STUDENTS BRIEF EACH CASE AND PROVIDES INSTRUCTION ON WRITING A BRIEF.
