THIS REPORT DESCRIBES THE ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTION OF COMMITTEES FORMED TO COORDINATE THE EFFORTS OF FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL AGENCIES IN ENFORCING CONCURRENT JURISDICTIONAL OFFENSES.
Abstract
