COVERED ARE PATROL SUPERVISION, PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION, RECORDS UTILIZATION, STAFF DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE, ORGANIZATIONAL PLANNING, POLICE COURT RELATIONS, AND OTHERS. ALL CASE PROBLEMS WERE DERIVED FROM ACTUAL OCCURRENCES AND SITUATIONS.
