EMPLOYEE THEFT, MISUSE OF COMPANY FACILITIES OR PROPERTY, BUSINESS OFFICE PROBLEMS (SUCH AS CONTROLLING SUPPLIES OR BORROWING FROM PETTY CASH) AND THE INSUBORDINATE EMPLOYEE ARE DISCUSSED. OTHER TOPICS INCLUDE THE DISCLOSURE OF TRADE SECRETS, MOONLIGHTING, GIFTS TO EMPLOYEES FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES, AND HOW TO DETERMINE THE INFLUENCE EXERCISED ON EMPLOYEES BY THESE GIFTS.
