Abstract
IT IS OBSERVED THAT THE CURRENT POLICEWOMEN'S MOVEMENT MAINTAINS AN IDEOLOGICAL OBJECTIVE OF ASSIMILATION THROUGH MALE-CONFORMITY. AN ALTERNATIVE IDEOLOGY - ASSIMILATION THROUGH SOCIAL PLURALISM - IS PROPOSED IN THIS PAPER.
